Shipping Policy

Where do we ship? We ship across Canada and the United States.

Standard delivery - Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Remote and northern addresses may take longer. Delivery times to the United States may vary due to customs processing.

Cost - Free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States over $70 CAD and $100 USD, respectively.

Changes and cancellations - Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us right away if something is wrong. After that, an order cannot be changed, but it can be exchanged after delivery.

Lost or delayed packages - Track your order using the link in your shipping email. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will help resolve it.

Incorrect address - Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
